Where is Warner's Distillery located?
We are based at Falls Farm in Harrington, Northamptonshire, where we grow many of our own botanicals and distill our spirits in small batches.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 working days) and express shipping (1-2 working days) across the UK. Free standard delivery is available on orders over a certain threshold, as specified at checkout.
Are your spirits suitable for vegans?
The majority of our gins are vegan-friendly. However, our Honeybee Gin contains real honey from our farm's hives, so it is not suitable for vegans.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened and sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Do you offer distillery tours?
Yes, we host guided tours and gin-tasting experiences at Falls Farm. You can book your tickets directly through the 'Tours' section of our website.
How should I store my gin?
To maintain the best flavor, store your gin in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the cap is tightly sealed to prevent evaporation.
